Tell me more about tele-therapy? Does it work?
Since March 2020, Kenzie has provided tele-therapy to her pediatric clients and has found it to be just as effective as in-person therapy for many of them. Some advantages of tele-therapy include:

- Increased family involvement. Parents and caregivers actively participate in tele-therapy sessions with their child and learn carryover techniques.
- More flexible scheduling options. No need to consider travel time to/from the office.
- Prevention of skill regression by providing consistent weekly therapy.
Do you provide services through the Department of Education’s CPSE or CSE programs?

Do you accept insurance?
Kenzie is not an in-network provider with any insurance companies. However, many carriers provide out-of-network coverage. Kenzie can give you a detailed/coded bill to submit for reimbursement. You may also be able to apply speech therapy charges to your flex spending account. Insurance questions can be discussed further at the initial consult/evaluation.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please provide 24 hours notice by phone, text or email. If an appointment is cancelled without 24 hours notice, you will be billed the full fee for the session. Exceptions may be made for emergencies, contagious illnesses or inclement weather.
